What You’ll Do
• Own and optimize calendar (priorities, flow, and time protection)
• Manage email inbox (triage, organization, and draft responses)
• Execute administrative and client service tasks end-to-end
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing priorities
• Maintain and monitor key systems, workflows, and recurring processes
• Track tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
What Success Looks Like
• Time is structured, protected, and aligned with priorities
• Tasks are completed accurately without follow-up
• Systems and workflows are consistently maintained
• Nothing slips through the cracks
• Problems are solved before they reach the advisor
• The advisor operates with greater focus, clarity, and capacity
