Field RNs (Registered Nurses) at Purple Hearts Home Health

Purple Hearts Home Health is excited to announce openings for field RN nurses in Waco, Killeen, and Dallas.

On the PAS side LVNs

On the Skilled side both RNs for SOCs/SUP visits and LVNs for care visits

Qualifications Required for the Field RNs (Registered Nurses)

- OASSIS-E

- Current RN license

- Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English

- Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents and other team members

- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Current CPR certification

- Preferred home health experience of 2+ years with oasis major plus.
