Position Summary
The Director of Sales & Relationships leads the commercial performance of the Amasé portfolio.
This role is responsible for expanding the global network of luxury travel advisors, villa brokers, and referral partners who introduce high value guests to Amasé homes. The role also leads revenue performance across the portfolio through distribution strategy, channel analysis, and partnership development.
The position combines relationship development with commercial oversight and works closely with marketing, operations, and guest experience teams to ensure the portfolio is visible, competitive, and positioned effectively within the luxury travel ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Advisor and Broker Distribution
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with annual revenue targets
• Drive direct bookings and repeat guest business
• Identify and secure new revenue streams (corporate retreats, executive travel, events, long-term luxury stays)
• Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline
• Track and report on KPIs, booking metrics, and conversion rates
Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary relationship lead for VIP guests and high-value accounts
• Strong negotiating skills
• Build and nurture relationships with:
• Luxury travel advisors
• Family offices
• Private wealth advisors
• Concierge services
• Corporate partners
• Develop referral and repeat booking programs
• Ensure exceptional pre- and post-stay communication for key accounts
Brand & Market Expansion
• Represent Amasé at industry events and networking functions
• Identify emerging markets and growth opportunities
• Partner with marketing to align campaigns with revenue goals
• Support expansion into new destinations through relationship-driven growth
Collaboration & Leadership
• Work cross-functionally with operations and property teams to ensure service excellence
• Provide feedback on guest trends and booking behaviors
• Assist in forecasting and annual planning
• Support hiring and development of future sales team members as growth requires
Qualifications
• 5–10+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, vacation rentals, high-end real estate, private aviation, or relationship-driven sales
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and private clients
• Strong network within luxury travel or private client ecosystem preferred
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and sense of urgency.
• CRM experience required
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Flexible work schedule allowing for nights and weekends when needed
• Prior experience leading/managing and coaching a sales team
