Job Description

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
• Utilize Procore for all project management functions. (i.e., RFIs, Submittals, Drawings, Daily Logs, Change Events/COs, Contracts, and Budget) to keep cost, schedule, and quality on track.
• Review and maintain submittals in Procore, ensuring they comply with specifications.
• Oversee project estimating, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Maintain project schedules using software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Site visits are across southern Colorado and specifically in the Pueblo greater area.

Skills
• Proficiency in construction scheduling software such as Primavera P6.
• Experience using construction management software such as Procore.
• Excellent project scheduling capabilities with a focus on timely delivery.
• Solid understanding of construction principles including blueprint reading and contract management.
• Effective project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
