Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of public works construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and government agencies
• Ensure compliance with public bidding requirements, prevailing wage laws, and government regulations
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
• Manage change orders, RFI processes, and submittals
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards
• Monitor project financials including forecasting and reporting
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing public works or commercial construction projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining budget and schedule
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Pay: $110,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
