The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
The best fit candidate is not someone that has been in human resources for 15 years. This is a small and successfully growing company, so we really want someone that has been in Human Resource with Operational experience that can grow in parallel with the company. Too much experience will not provide the ideal growth for a lot of candidates in this role at this time.
Responsibilities
• Manage HRIS resources
• Improving new employee onboarding
• Implement systems for employee tracking, KPI, reviews, etc.
• There will be additional operational responsibilities outside of human resources for candidates looking for growth with the ability to learn
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 4 - 7 years' experience in Human Resources. 10 years is going to be too much, unfortunately
• A technology first mindset with the understanding that they will have, and WANT, responsibility and control over HRIS and potentially ATS systems.
• Demonstrated experience in working with department managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
