Job Description
safe movement of vehicles through construction or work zones
• Communicate effectively with crew members to coordinate traffic flow
• Monitor traffic conditions and adjust directions as needed
• Set up and remove traffic control equipment (cones, barricades, signs)
• Maintain awareness of surroundings to prevent accidents or hazards
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
• Report any incidents, unsafe conditions, or accidents immediately
Qualifications:
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
• Mut have hard hat, steel toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, and vest.
Requirements:
• Valid flagger certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends if needed
• Must be able to lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts
Work Environment:
• Outdoor construction sites
• Exposure to traffic, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions
Pay & Schedule:
• Pay: $18
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional weekends
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person

- • The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of workers, drivers, and pedestrians by directing traffic and maintaining clear communication at all times
