• Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
• Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone.
• Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
• Electromechanical experience a plus.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing, and repairing laser printers, wide-format printers, plotters kiosks, POS systems, and related hardware/software
  • Collaboration with Level II or Lead Technicians may be required to ensure timely and accurate resolutions
