Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
• Electromechanical experience a plus.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- • Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing, and repairing laser printers, wide-format printers, plotters kiosks, POS systems, and related hardware/software
- • Collaboration with Level II or Lead Technicians may be required to ensure timely and accurate resolutions
