Job Description

Duties
• Input and update data into databases and systems with high accuracy
• Review and analyze reports for entry
• Perform data entry tasks including order entry, transcription, and data collection
• Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables and manage spreadsheets
• Assist with clerical tasks as needed, including basic math calculations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data-related projects
• Conduct regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Requirements
• Proficient in data entry with a strong typing speed and accuracy
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Previous office or clerical experience is an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
● High School Diploma or Equivalent.
● Minimum of 1 years of administrative experience in a similar field.

• Proven ability to collaborate with teammates.
• Proficiency in time management and following processes.
