Job Description
• Manage life science, healthcare, and design-build projects from early planning through turnover
• Oversee schedule, budget, subcontractors, and field coordination
• Support upcoming projects slated to begin this spring, including several design-build wins in the pipeline
• Work from the Quincy office with occasional jobsite presence across the Greater Boston/128 area
• Collaborate closely with internal project teams and client stakeholders
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and seamless project documentation
• Utilize Autodesk Build (training provided if needed)
• Contribute to a fast-moving environment with significant upcoming project volume

The Successful Applicant
• 5-10 years of Project Management experience in construction
• Experience with Life Science, Healthcare, Ground-Up, or Interiors projects
• Design-build experience is a major plus
• Local to Quincy or commutable to the office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and "hit the ground running"
