About Us

The Cosmetic Collective is a growing medical aesthetics and beauty practice dedicated to providing exceptional client care and natural, results-driven treatments. As a newer and rapidly expanding business, we are looking for a talented Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Injector to join our team and grow alongside us.

This is a part-time position with the flexibility to create your own schedule. In addition to competitive hourly pay, providers will have the opportunity to earn commission. As our client base continues to grow, there will be opportunities for increased hours and a transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled aesthetic injector to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, facial assessment, and delivering natural-looking results through advanced injectable treatments.

This position is primarily focused on injectables and is ideal for a provider who enjoys building long-term patient relationships while helping grow an exciting and expanding aesthetics practice.

Qualifications
• Active NP, RN, or PA license in good standing
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments preferred
• Experience with neuromodulators and hyaluronic acid fillers
• Experience with biostimulators such as Sculptra and/or Radiesse preferred
• Strong consultation and treatment-planning skills
• Excellent patient communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team
• Passion for aesthetics, continued education, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes

Responsibilities
• Perform cosmetic consultations and facial assessments
• Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals
• Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical photography
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships
• Contribute to practice growth through exceptional patient outcomes and retention
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and advanced injection techniques
