Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Superintendent, based in Miami, FL. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards. Responsibilities include managing construction teams, coordinating with subcontractors, enforcing safety regulations, monitoring project progress, and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders. The role also involves ensuring effective budget management and timely reporting to project management teams.
Qualifications
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Experience in Construction Site Management and implementing Construction Safety protocols
• Strong Organization Skills for scheduling, task prioritization, and documentation
• Budgeting and financial oversight expertise to manage project costs effectively
• Project Management experience to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Hands-on experience in commercial and retail construction is highly preferred
• Proficiency with construction management software and relevant tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred
• A professional construction-related certification or license (e.g., General Contractor License, OSHA certification) is advantageous
