Job Description

Duties
• Safely operate EV commercial vehicles to deliver products to various locations along designated routes
• Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by communicating clearly, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally
• Verify delivery paperwork, obtain signatures, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, including moving stock as needed and preparing items for shipment or storage
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met and report any issues promptly
• Assist with inventory management by counting stock, organizing storage areas, and supporting stock replenishment activities
Requirements
• Proven experience as a delivery driver with a strong track record in route driving and customer service
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly; comfort with moving large or bulky items using forklifts or pallet jacks
• Warehouse experience is highly desirable, including familiarity with loading/unloading procedures and inventory management
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to driving, lifting, and warehouse operations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or routes as needed; reliable attendance is essential
