Job Description
dvocate: Continuously monitor, accurately document, and promptly communicate changes in patient status to the care team, acting as their voice and primary protector.
• Lead the Coordinated Effort: Serve as the central coordinator, connecting and facilitating seamless, well-orchestrated care across all medical disciplines to ensure a unified patient experience.
• Execute with Precision: Meticulously carry out physician and advanced practice provider orders, along with specialized nursing protocols, ensuring every detail of the treatment plan is followed.
• Prepare for Tomorrow: Holistically assess patient discharge needs and proactively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan for a safe, successful transition home or to the next level of care.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
