Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
• Manage guest reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and special requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
• Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
• Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual environment.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is key!
