Responsibilities
• Manage electrical construction projects from planning through to completion
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations and industry standards
• Prepare project reports, documentation and stakeholder updates
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Mentor and support junior project team members
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years experience in electrical construction project management
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes and safety regulations
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules and resources
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills
