Areas of Ownership
End User Support
• Provide responsive technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems quickly and effectively
• Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting when necessary
• Provide guidance and training to end users on systems and technology best practices
Systems Administration
• Manage and maintain Active Directory user accounts and permissions
• Support Microsoft Office and Microsoft Exchange environments
• Assist with CCCOne system support
Device Management
• Image, deploy, and configure new computers and devices
• Install, upgrade, and replace hardware and software
• Maintain accurate asset and inventory tracking
Network Support & Connectivity
• Assist with troubleshooting wired and wireless network connectivity issues
• Support basic administration of switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Diagnose network performance issues including latency, connectivity failures, and device communication problems
• Coordinate with senior IT staff on network upgrades, configuration changes, and infrastructure improvements
• Assist with monitoring network health and connectivity across office locations
Infrastructure & Security
• Assist with maintaining network security and system reliability
• Identify and escalate security concerns or infrastructure issues
• Support patching, monitoring, and operational stability of systems and network infrastructure
• Follow security best practices to help protect company systems and data
Process Improvement
• Document solutions, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and system efficiency
• Stay current with evolving technologies and industry best practices

• Minimum 2+ years of professional IT support experience
• Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft Office platforms

• Experience troubleshooting wired and wireless network connectivity issues
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical issues effectively
• Professional, dependable, and solutions-oriented
• Valid Driver’s License required
