This hands-on, quick-stepped, and resourceful team member will be on their toes throughout the day, greet and engage with team members and guests, check-in guests, prepare beverages, answer multi-line phones and assist team members with inquiries and concerns.

SUCCESS FACTORS (first 12-18 months)
• Customer Centric: You are driven to create, build, and cultivate authentic relationships with guests and team members. Natural ability to be charismatic, you make everyone smile and adapt to people and situations. Guests feel cared for because you are able to anticipate and respond to their needs with delight. With a strong sense of urgency, you understand the importance of answering all sorts of incoming calls such as general inquiries, direct phone calls to appropriate departments and assist team members in a considerate and friendly manner.
• Great communicator: A knack for building emotional connections with people, you practice active listening to ensure people feel heard. Incredibly articulate and communicate with clarity verbally and in writing.
• Torani Barista: Excite our guests in preparing creative and inspired specialty beverages with a good coffee and Torani product knowledge. Comfortable with providing beverage recommendations and encouraging guests to try something new. Our visitors will be asking for a second cup!
• Multitasking master: You are able to think fast, are flexible and maintain composure while dealing with frequent interruptions. Embracing the unexpected situations such as uncommon requests/questions, special projects, preparing beverages is your norm. Thrive in managing several tasks at once while being detail-oriented and responsible.
• Keep it Clean and Organized: Creating a positive first impression, you maintain a high standard of cleanliness and upkeep in the reception area, lobby and conference rooms. Keep the beverage bar fully stocked, routinely clean the espresso equipment, devise a well-organized system for placing meal orders and stage food for meetings— all with a clutter free desk.
Minimum Requirements
• 3 years of experience in Reception and/or Customer service required
• Prior experience working as a barista and knowledge of classic espresso beverages, and latte art preferred
• CRM experience preferred
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Able to interact positively with all levels of an organization
• Strong communication skills – written & verbal
• Able to work 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Willing and able to work additional hours, as needed
• Spanish speaking bilingual a plus
Pay Range: $29.72 - $33.01/ hour
