As an essential member of the Business Support Services Team, the Customer Care Representative plays a significant role in providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers of Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country. This is facilitated through an extensive understanding of Company products and programs, and by collaborating with team members within the Business Support Services Department. The Customer Care Representative is also responsible for dispatching service and sales calls, paging drivers, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments.

Job requirements
• Guarantee efficient communication flow by answering multi-line phone calls and referring them to the necessary departments, paging, and redirecting to voicemail or email, where appropriate.
• Our sales and service team is highly organized and well-trained, enabling us to handle any call that comes our way with confidence and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with the established timetable for handling the opening and closing of office and lobby windows.
• Kindly welcome customers and visitors, determine their desires, liaise with the appropriate staff members, and escort the patron to the correct contact, unit, or section.
• Perform the daily checks processing and scanning function diligently.
• Manage equipment-related service requests and implement changes as required, including adding or removing process equipment, or transferring equipment between accounts.
• Process walk-in sales.
• Ensure that all incoming mail is promptly processed, sorted, and distributed to the intended departments for swift action.
• Ensure timely delivery of outgoing mail by utilizing the most efficient postal or courier options such as USPS, Fed Ex, or our internal mail truck.
• Keep accurate records of all the cash box transactions for auditing purposes.
• Effectively Managing Operations' Purchase Orders and Returnable Packaging Requests.
• Administer the dispatch process of orders to the company's numerous warehouses.
• Stock up on stationery supplies, including business cards, ink, and other office essentials, for Sales Centers.
• Your task is to manage the distribution and acquisition of standardized wear in accordance with established policies.
• Make sure to use the most effective techniques in line with the donation procedure when organizing donations.
