Minimum Requirements:
✅ Valid California Driver’s License
✅ Clean Driving Record
✅ Availability Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
✅ Must be flexible and adaptable to various client needs and behaviors
✅ High School Diploma or equivalent
✅ Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
✅ Must pass:
• Background check
• Drug screening
• Physical exam
• TB test
Job Duties:
• Prioritize the health and safety of individuals in your care
• Assist with daily living tasks including hygiene and personal care
• Teach and support social skills, community integration, and life skills
• Support clients with shopping, money management, and vocational training
• Implement behavior plans and individualized support objectives
• Serve as a positive role model in the community
• Complete daily documentation and participate in planning meetings
• Attend weekly supervision and monthly trainings
• Be able to drive to different locations to pick up company vehicle
• Be able to adapt to different crews and different clients as needed
• Communicate with Supervisor
• Be able to remain calm while consumers are in behavior
