• Work closely with an experienced installer to learn the trade
What We’re Looking For
• Background in construction, labor, or hands-on work preferred
• Experience with windows, doors, or installation is a plus
• Reliable transportation required (job site locations vary)
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and perform physical work
• Dependable, self-motivated, and interested in long-term work
• Comfortable working outdoors and starting early during summer months
