Job Summary:
The Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to MTech construction job sites and facilities. This role serves as the primary delivery driver for the organization and plays an important role in supporting field operations.

When deliveries are not scheduled, the Driver assists the Warehouse Manager with warehouse operations, inventory handling, and tool management to ensure materials and equipment are organized, maintained, and readily available for field teams.
• Drivers regularly travel to job sites across Colorado, including the Front Range, Northern Colorado, Colorado Springs, and the Western Slope.*

Key Responsibilities:
Driving & Deliveries
• Safely operate company vehicles including box trucks and flatbed trucks (1–13 ton capacity)
• Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to construction job sites across Colorado
• Pick up materials and supplies from vendors and deliver to job sites or MTech facilities
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and follow preventative maintenance schedules
• Load, unload, and secure materials for safe transportation
• Follow delivery schedules while maintaining safe and courteous driving practices
• Drive in varying road and weather conditions as required
• Work extended hours or travel outside the Denver area when needed
Warehouse Support
• Assist with receiving and verifying vendor deliveries according to company policy
• Notify appropriate personnel of incoming deliveries
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Support warehouse operations including loading, unloading, and material movement
• Assist with general facility upkeep including snow removal when necessary
Inventory & Materials
• Assist in receiving, recording, and storing jobsite materials
• Support inventory organization and tracking
• Help ensure materials are stored properly and accessible for field operations
Tool Management
• Assist with tracking the location and condition of company tools
• Support the distribution and return of tools for field supervisors
• Record new tools into the company system
• Identify damaged tools and coordinate repair or replacement
• Help ensure tools are maintained in safe working condition
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• 1–2 years commercial driving experience preferred
• 2–4 years experience in construction, warehouse, or related environment preferred
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to drive 24–28 ft box trucks and flatbed trucks
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when required
