Job Description

ll conversations in our practice database in a comprehensible way
• Obtains all necessary patient information by prior to scheduling appointment
• Provides information about the practice to the patient by explaining procedures and answering questions.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
• Must have experience with Referrals and HMO insurance

Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Knowledge of insurance.
• Knowledge of Nextech preferred but not a requirement
