Your Role as a Customer Support Specialist - Financial Services:
• Manage inbound calls from bank partners, merchants, and cardholders, resolving questions and issues to ensure complete satisfaction. Some calls may involve technical aspects.

Requirements to Serve This Client:
• A minimum of one year of recent inbound call support experience in a customer-facing financial services environment.
• Experience in financial services is preferred but not required.
• A quiet and secure workspace to handle a steady flow of calls.
• Updated Tech Requirement! Wired internet connection with specified speeds (ping 25 Mbps; upload >10 Mbps; minimum 8 GB RAM).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A background check and drug test are mandatory.

Highly Desired Qualifications:
• Two or more years of experience in a customer-facing call center role (ideally with an online bill pay service, financial institution, or technical support).
• Experience with customer service software, CRM systems, or providing support through virtual channels (email, chat, video calls).
