Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an IT support/help desk role.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console, etc.).
• Experience with printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with programming and managing TV displays.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
