Job Description
The Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Rockville, MD will be responsible for:
• Oversee and manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise promptly and effectively.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all phases of construction.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders as required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Report into President of Construction, and work alongside another Project Manager and on-site Superintendent

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Rockville, MD should have:
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction or multifamily development
• Proven experience managing new‑construction multifamily projects, including: townhome developments, mid‑rise multifamily, low‑rise multifamily, wood‑frame construction\
• Background in a general contractor environment preferred; builder/developer experience also considered
• Strong capabilities in project budgeting, scheduling, coordination, and oversight
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a small, tight‑knit team
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as needed
