Job Description
ing our team and looking for a dedicated and empathetic Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join us in providing high-quality care.
Candidates with a LCSW in MA strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Provide individual, family, or group therapy to clients in an outpatient setting
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other therapists
• Participate in regular supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensed or license-eligible (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of MA or RI
• Experience providing therapy in outpatient or community-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to ethical practice
• Interest in working with children and families
