e looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. This role is key to creating a positive experience for our patients while keeping the front office running smoothly.

What You'll Do
• Greet patients and create a warm, professional first impression
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions with care and accuracy
• Verify patient information and assist with insurance documentation
• Support providers and clinical staff with day-to-day administrative needs
• Maintain an organized, efficient front office environment

• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare office preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfort with scheduling systems, EMRs, and basic office technology
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy clinical setting
