Weekly Gross Revenue Estimates:
• Non-CDL Hotshot: $5,500 – $7,000 per week.
• CDL Hotshot: $6,500 – $7,500 per week.
Lease-On Program Benefits:
• Operating Authority: Run legally under the Guardian Express LLC MC and USDOT numbers.
• Insurance Coverage: We provide Cargo and General Liability insurance (Owner-Operator is responsible for their own Truck/Auto Liability only).
• Dispatch Services: Professional 24/7 dispatch support. We offer a "No Forced Dispatch" policy—all loads are booked only with the owner’s final consent.
• Financial Support: Fuel advances are available to assist with daily operating costs and cash flow.
• Technology: ELD devices are provided by the company if required.
• Consistent Workload: Targeted 2,500 – 3,000 loaded miles per week.
• Settlements: Transparent weekly settlements with no hidden fees.
Equipment & Driver Requirements:
• Vehicle: Must own a reliable 3/4 ton or 1-ton pickup truck.
• Trailer: Must own a minimum 40ft Hotshot trailer.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience is required.
• Safety: Must maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Insurance: Must maintain your own Auto Liability/Bobtail insurance policy.
