Responsibilities:
• Provide client care in accordance with the physician's orders and nursing standards of practice.
• Assess clients condition and document findings in the medical record.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Provide education to clients, and families regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and health promotion.
• Monitor vital signs, document changes, and report to the physician as needed.
• Provide client care in a small residential home detox setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
