The Summer Worker works only during the summer months; typically May-August. This role assists the assigned department(s) in providing general support in order to meet deadlines and overall, the institution’s related goals and objectives.

1. Performs assigned tasks and projects.
2. Provides clerical, research, professional or technical support to assigned division.
3. Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
4. Meets or exceeds applicable goals and deadlines.
5. Develops relationships with department staff and other parties to carry out job functions.
6. Keeps supervising staff members informed of work progress and any issues encountered.
7. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

Minimum Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Any relevant education, certifications and/or work experience may be considered.
• Learning Agility: Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications.
• Communication: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.
