Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing prompt and professional support.
• Process and manage customer purchase orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements.
• Enter, track, and maintain customer orders in the SAP system from order receipt through shipment and invoicing.
• Coordinate with internal departments including sales, manufacturing, shipping, and accounting to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Generate and review customer invoices in SAP, resolving discrepancies and ensuring billing accuracy.
• Provide order status updates, shipment tracking, and product availability information to customers.
• Handle customer concerns, returns, and order issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed customer records, order documentation, and communication history within SAP and company systems.
• Assist with pricing verification, contract terms, and customer account maintenance.
• Support the sales team by managing administrative tasks related to customer orders and accounts.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of customer service experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience using SAP for order entry, purchase order processing, and invoicing required.
• Strong understanding of order management, purchase orders, and billing processes.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with experience handling high-volume customer calls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience working with sales teams, logistics, and production scheduling preferred.
