friendly face/ smile are a must! You are the first and last face our patients see so appearance and professionalism are very important and required.

Hiring for 1 full-time, M-Th 8AM-5PM & F 8AM- 3PM

Responsibilities:
• Answering phones/ scheduling appointments.
• Sending messages to clinical staff and/or medical providers with patient inquiries.
• Verify insurance coverage & eligibility.
• Scanning documents.
• Checking-in/checking-out patients.
• Collecting co-payments, balances, etc.
• Sorting faxes.
• Processing medical records.
• Simple calls to the patients and pharmacies.
• Any other misc. tasks that are necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Qualifications

  • This position will be located in a primary care setting and will require knowledge of phone systems, EMR use, basic insurance knowledge, computer systems, and people skills
  • Customer service skills and a friendly face/ smile are a must!
