We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a skilled nursing facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Provide education to residents and families about health conditions and care options.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely in electronic records.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Fresh or newly licensed RNs are welcome
• Experienced RN is preferred
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care/senior care is a plus
• A valid and active California license as a Registered Nurse is required
• Must have an active BLS through the American Heart Association

Shift Structure: Full-Time Shift (AM, PM, and NOC shifts). All full-time nursing staff are expected to participate in a 4:2 rotation (Rotating 2 days Off every after 4th working day).

Qualifications
