Job Description
Join a specialty pharmacy team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, providing safe IV infusion care in patients' homes.
Partner with care teams, document treatments, and serve as the main contact for patient updates to ensure holistic care.
Require an active RN license, at least 2 years of RN experience (including 1 year in critical or home healthcare), proficiency in IV techniques, a valid driver’s license, and 32-hour weekly availability, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred qualifications include a BSN and experience in infusion therapy or specialty pharmacy.
Candidates must have reliable high-speed internet if working remotely.
