Job Description

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure truck safety and operational readiness
• Load and unload materials, coordinating with equipment operators and supervisors
• Maintain basic upkeep of trucks and report mechanical issues promptly
• Monitor truck gauges and fluid levels, notifying maintenance of discrepancies
• Assist with general labor tasks around the site as needed
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and quarry traffic regulations
• Demonstrate a commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Heavy equipment operation experience preferred (CDL not required)
• Proven ability to safely operate haul trucks and other quarry equipment (loaders, dozers)
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to site regulations
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and willingness to work in varying conditions
• Team-oriented with good communication and adaptability
• Commitment to following safety protocols, including PPE and respirator requirements
