• Perform data collection from various sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Manage order entry processes, verifying details before submission to prevent errors
• Conduct transcription of handwritten or audio records into digital formats using typing skills
• Organize and file physical and electronic documents systematically for easy retrieval
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and generate reports
• Support clerical tasks such as filing, data verification, and assisting with administrative projects to streamline office operations
Requirements
• Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles in an office environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems and databases
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; experience with transcription is a plus
• Basic math skills for data validation and calculations
• Knowledge of office procedures such as filing, data collection, and order processing
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Prior experience working with pivot tables in Excel or similar tools is advantageous
