We're currently seeking an experienced Call Center Representative for a credit union with a branch located in Burbank, CA!
MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IN A CREDIT UNION OR BANK TO APPLY!
Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $22/hr
Full-time Schedule: Candidates must be available to work Monday - Friday: 8:15am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support over the phone in a call center environment
• Perform member/customer transactions on checking and savings accounts and process payments, etc.
• Ability to focus on and resolve customers issue’s
• Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor when faced with high demand/ high volume workloads
Requirements:
• 1 year of proven credit union or bank experience
• Demonstrated ability of handling a variety of customer requests including difficult customer situations
• Possess an enthusiastic and professional attitude
• Effective problem solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
