• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or other construction management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during all phases of construction
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity and accuracy before project commencement
• Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations with HeavyBid or similar tools, and contract negotiations
• Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and other industry-standard software for project documentation, tracking changes, and reporting
Requirements
• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination on large-scale sites
• Proficiency in construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid and project scheduling software like Primavera P6
• Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and contracts with a solid understanding of civil engineering principles using Civil 3D
• Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore for documentation and communication purposes
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute
