• *Responsibilities**
• Knock on doors in residential neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners about roof inspections and potential storm damage
• Schedule inspections and help close roofing projects
• Build relationships with homeowners
• Follow up with leads and customers
• *Requirements**
• Must be comfortable talking with people and starting conversations
• Must **not be afraid of heights** (roof inspections may be required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Sales experience is a plus but not required (training provided)
• *Compensation**
• **100% Commission-Based (No Hourly Pay)**
• **Average commission per project: $4,000 – $10,000**
• Uncapped earning potential
