Job Description
The Clinical Coordinator (RN) is a full-time, 1.0 FTE role working 8-hour shifts in the Acute Care unit, with no weekends and variable start times.
Required qualifications include a current RN license, a bachelor's degree in nursing, BLS and ACLS certifications, ANCC specialty certification within 3 years (if not held at hire), recent Charge Nurse experience, and two years of leadership experience.
Preferred Qualification Is a Master's Degree In Nursing.
The role involves shift leadership, managing daily operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The Coordinator acts as a resource, educator, and role model, supporting organizational goals and resource management.
