• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity.
• Monitor and document clients’ health status by observing behavior and reporting any changes promptly.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking activities that meet dietary guidelines and individual preferences.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and organization of living spaces.
• Engage clients in social activities and community outings to foster social skills and community integration.
Experience
• Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, patient monitoring techniques
• Compassionate attitude towards individuals with developmental disabilities.
