• Strictly observe operating policies, procedures, and service schedules
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior
• Present a professional image to clients and public through appearance and interaction
• Demonstrate teamwork, cooperation and adaptability with teammates and clients
• All other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be a minimum of 21 years old
• Valid and current driver's license
• Clean driving history
• Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
• Ability to complete and maintain satisfactory completion of specialized training regarding the transportation of goods with special handling requirements including but not limited to dry ice, clinical samples and/or medical products
• Ability to follow procedures closely
• Familiarity working with or adapting to technology
• Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50lbs
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

- • Under general supervision, our couriers are responsible for providing courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of various items with an emphasis on safety and customer service
- • Receive daily route information from a centralized dispatcher
- • Safely transport lab specimens, medical records, supplies, interoffice mail, and other related materials
