Job Description

 preventive maintenance on various types of fitness equipment to include treadmills, cross trainers, spin and recumbent bikes, strength machines, and free weight equipment.
Performing minor painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing repairs inside the building as well as outside, i.e. outdoor pool grounds, restrooms, light fixtures, etc. (not requiring a license).
Cleaning, maintaining, and servicing tools/equipment.
Picking up trash in and around the facilities, cleaning areas as needed, i.e. mop, sweep, dust, etc.
Assisting with special events and performing a variety of tasks as needed.
Set-up, break down and storing program equipment that weigh up to 50 pounds, i.e. tables, chairs, and other equipment.
Moving and assembling or disassembling furniture as needed.
Washing windows and glass fixtures on regular schedule.
Driving between job sites and/or vendor locations.
Providing positive and enthusiastic customer service to all Members and guests.

Working hours are Monday – Sunday with varying hours. Flexible scheduling is available.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the compliance of preventive maintenance schedules of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
  • Performing repairs and preventive maintenance on various types of fitness equipment to include treadmills, cross trainers, spin and recumbent bikes, strength machines, and free weight equipment
