Customer Service Associate Responsibilities
• Engage with customers in person to address questions, concerns, and service needs in a professional and timely manner
• Train alongside experienced team members and leadership to develop strong customer service and sales capabilities
• Build in-depth product knowledge to confidently educate customers and deliver personalized recommendations
• Utilize point-of-sale systems to create service packages and complete transactions as needed
• Support team success by assisting with onboarding and mentoring new team members
• Participate in daily Customer Service Associate team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and overall sales performance
Customer Service Associate Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role preferred
• Previous experience in a Customer Service Associate role strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
