Key Responsibilities
• Assist with partial dispatch duties, including scheduling and coordinating drivers.
• Participate in a weekend dispatch rotation as needed.
• Perform accurate data entry for customer orders and company records.
• Prepare, review, and send invoices in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for reporting and tracking purposes.
• Process and manage insurance certificates as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide general administrative support as required.

Required Qualifications
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and general spreadsheet management.
• Experience with invoicing and data entry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.
