• Perform and verify mail merge print jobs and prepare outgoing mail

• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Enter financial information into tables and perform basic calculations
• Support general administrative and computer-based tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and review large volumes of data accurately
• Comfortable working in a structured, computer-based environment
Preferred Experience
• Insurance billing and/or insurance verification
• Medical records handling
• HIPAA exposure
• General office operations experience

• 100% onsite in San Diego, CA

Responsibilities
- • Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shift (start time between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM, includes 30-minute lunch)
