Responsibilities
• Safely operate various commercial vehicles, including box trucks with manual transmissions, to deliver goods to customers efficiently and on schedule
• Load and unload products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols
• Execute route driving with precision, adhering to traffic laws and delivery schedules to maximize efficiency
• Provide outstanding customer service upon delivery, addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously
• Assist in warehouse tasks such as inventory management, organizing stock, and preparing shipments for dispatch
• Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying shipment contents against delivery documents
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment at all times
Experience
• Prior delivery driver experience with a proven track record of safe driving and route management
• Warehouse experience involving loading/unloading, inventory control, or material handling preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus but not required for all roles
• Familiarity with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles; experience with manual transmission vehicles highly desirable
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely; experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally during deliveries
• Knowledge of route planning and driving safety regulations
