Job Description
Join PMG Holdings LLC as a full-time CDL Driver supporting our SealMaster of Tampa operation and become part of a team that values safety, accountability, and strong customer service. This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career operating tanker equipment while working across a defined regional footprint that allows drivers to stay closer to home than traditional over-the-road roles. Our drivers also enjoy being home on most nights. We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $29.00 to $30.50 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a 4% company match, company-paid group term life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, and sick time.
In this role, you will transport bulk pavement maintenance products between our production facilities and store locations using primarily tanker equipment, with occasional flatbed or van assignments as operational needs require. Drivers are responsible for pre- and post-trip inspections, accurate documentation, and ensuring proper product transfers without spills or overfills. This position requires a strong work ethic and physical capability, including handling hoses and equipment weighing 50–75 pounds, climbing tanker ladders, and performing routine vehicle and equipment checks.
Candidates must hold a valid CDL with tanker endorsement and at least three years of tanker driving experience. HazMat endorsement is considered a plus. A current DOT Medical Card, clean driving record, and active FMCSA Clearinghouse registration are required. Drivers should be prepared for early morning dispatch times and willing to work some Saturdays during peak operational periods.
Workload varies seasonally based on weather and project demand. During slower periods, drivers have the opportunity to remain productive through plant support work at the same hourly rate, helping maintain consistent hours and engagement when routes are lighter.
We are seeking professionals who take pride in safe driving practices, communicate effectively with team members and customers, and are willing to contribute wherever needed to support the operation. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and motivated to work in a hands-on, team-driven environment, PMG Holdings LLC offers a strong platform to continue advancing your driving career.
