Team members will assist with a variety of renovation tasks including demolition, preparation, installation, and finishing work. Projects range from complete kitchen and bathroom remodels to fixture upgrades and interior renovations. Candidates should be comfortable working in active residential environments as well as commercial spaces while maintaining professionalism and respect for clients’ property.

Responsibilities
• Assist with full kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from demolition through final installation
• Perform demolition of cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, drywall, and other materials while protecting surrounding areas
• Assist with installation of cabinets, vanities, countertops, backsplashes, tile, flooring, and fixtures
• Support framing, drywall installation, patching, and finishing tasks
• Measure, cut, and install materials according to project specifications
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials and tools on job sites
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the project
• Follow all safety guidelines and job site procedures
• Work closely with project managers and experienced tradespeople to complete projects on schedule
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure quality workmanship

Qualifications
• Previous experience in construction, remodeling, carpentry, or general labor preferred
• Experience with residential remodeling or interior renovation work is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment
• Ability to read measurements and use basic construction math
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented
• Comfortable working in residential homes and commercial spaces

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly pay ranging from $16 – $25 depending on experience
